• Competition analysis (current competing product for all property types can include size, price points, recent sales, sales rates);
   
• Economic comment & forecast (analysis of current economic indicators and economic forecasts provided by Access Economics, any indicator, any region, any sector);
   
• Demographic analysis (overview based on ABS statistics); and
